Dry hempseed is an excellent choice if you have the time to prepare it. It needs to be soaked overnight and boiled until the seeds just split, usually about 15-30 minutes.

Hempmeal and Hemp Oil are great additives to boilies, paste baits, dough baits and groundbaits. I always toss a few ounces of hemp oil into particles as soon as the have finished boiling.
