Flat pears are the closest to a universal lead. It is a classic shape well suited to most fishing situations with the exception of extreme long range. They cast well with little tendency to tangle and the flat sides keep them from rolling down slopes or with the current.

The best choice for long distance fishing. The aerdynamic shape flies well and the flattened sides reduce roll. This is also an effective shape for bolt rigs.

I thick wire hook, forged and stong enough to muscle big fish out of snags. Curved shank and straight point gives it great geometry for hook sets, PTFE (Teflon) coating facilitates smooth entry. Very sharp - a great hook for big fish in tough waters.

A short shank, wide gap hook with an inturned eye. This is the classic shape for a hair rigged hook, great shape for boilies, corn or most any hook bait. Forged Japanese hook with a PTFE (Teflon) coated for smooth penetration. 10 hooks per pack.

This is a VERY strong thick wire hook, meant for the BIG fish. Because of the shape, it has great hooking properties and, once it penetrates, great holding ability. Highest quality Japanese carbon steel, forged and chemically sharpened.

Sizes 1 and 2 are 6 hooks per pack. Other sizes are 10 per pack

A light weight, thin-wire hook for open, snag-free waters. A good hook for use with corn or small pellets. Also an appropriate choice for wary fish. Light but very strong - top quality Japanese carbon steel, forged and chemically sharpened.  10 hooks per pack.

Removable Skin Hook Link (WB2HLRS):  This is the braid of choice for making combi rigs, Whity Pool rigs and anti-blowout rigs. The plastic coating provides stiffness to the rig as well as abrasion resistance. The inner braid that is exposed when the coating is peeled off is strang and supple. The coating is a dark, moss green and the core braid a lighter weedy green. Blends in well with most bottoms. 20m spool in a see-through dispenser that clearly shows how much line is left.

Touchdown Silky Soft Hook Link (WB2HLTD):  A fast sinking, thin and supple hook link. It has a specific gravity greater than that of water so it sinks and hugs the bottom - out of sight of line-shy fish, For best results, pre-wet the line to eliminate surface tension. Dark green to fade into the background. 20m spool in a see-through dispenser that clearly shows how much line is left.

 

This line has two desirable characteristics - it is virtually invisible in the water and it has a high abrasion resistance. These attributes make it a great hook link material nag a great snag leader.

Use this fluorocarbon and a hook with an out-turned eye to make stiff rigs. The fish will have great difficulty seeing the line and also, great difficulty ejecting the hook after taking the bait.

This is a high quality fluorocarbon, durable and easy to tie securely. 20m spool, 20lb/9.1kg break strength, 0.40mm diameter.

 

 

100% Dyneema with a slick, abrasion resistant coating. Great for fishing snaggy waters where most lines are quickly cut through. This material will bring more fish to the bank and leave fewer rigs in the river.

50m spool, 35lb/15.9kg break strength, 0.33mm diameter.

 

Scissors with a serrated cutting edge, specially designed to grip and hold braided lines for easy, non-slip cutting. Adjustable center screw keeps a tight tolerance between the blades. Stainless for rust prevention and ulta sharp! And it has a hook sharpener built in!
