A row of 7 LEDS on the upper left of the alarms not only provide information about the bite but also give a visual indication of the volume and tone settings. The LEDs light in an upward progression for runs and downward for drop backs.

The mechanical and electronic parts are state-of-the-art and are of the highest quality. The alarm is resistant to rain, snow and fog. The case has a soft-touch coating with a non-glare finish. It has a deep, padded recess for the rod making it unlikely that even a violent take will pull the rod off the alarm. The microprocessor has intelligent consumption control to guarantee a long effective life of the battery.

Fishtron Q7-TX bite indicator has a integrated remote transmitter. It works with the small Q-RX receiver. The receiver works with up to four alarms and also works as a small, 2 LED, flashlight.

Q-RX receiver indicates a bite at up to four bite indicators with four LEDs (red, yellow, green and blue). It indicates low battery; it has a volume control and vibration mode. Uses two AAA batteries. Effective life of the battery is exceptional.

The new universal wireless remote device includes a miniature transmitter and a pocket receiver. The transmitter can be connected to up to three electronic bite indicators of any manufacturer! Maximum compatibility and reliability. The range is a few hundreds meters under perfect conditions with sufficient reserve for difficult terrain. A run is indicated by the visual LED and by sound. Both the transmitter and the pocket receiver are equipped with a weak battery indicator.
