These hooks will not prevent snags but are strong enough to pull the fish away from them.

I thick wire hook, forged and stong enough to muscle big fish out of snags. Curved shank and straight point gives it great geometry for hook sets, PTFE (Teflon) coating facilitates smooth entry. Very sharp - a great hook for big fish in tough waters.

A short shank, wide gap hook with an inturned eye. This is the classic shape for a hair rigged hook, great shape for boilies, corn or most any hook bait. Forged Japanese hook with a PTFE (Teflon) coated for smooth penetration. 10 hooks per pack.

The new F Point range from Partridge draws on the expertise developed over 100 years of hook making and the application of the latest technologies. At this stage the hook has a point that most competitors would be proud of. We then use a carefully formulated chemical bath to further polish or flash the point on the hook, hence F Point. A unique hook, first new design I have seen in years. It looks a bit like a circle hook but with two important differences. First, the point of the hook is bent to side rather than in toward the shank. This gives very quick hook sets. Second, it is barbless. This not only helps with the hook set but also speeds unhooking. The bend point helps hold the hook in place, seems as good as a barbed hook to me.

With a long shank and down turned eye this is the ideal hook to use for semi-buoyant or pop-up rigs. Using the Knotless Knot you can create an aggressive angle at the eye which enables the hook to turn in the mouth on ejection and hold in the lower lip. Extremely strong, the Series 1 is also the hook for use in tough snaggy conditions.

The long shank of the Series 4 makes it an ideal anti-eject pattern, superior at achieving the all important initial pricking effect. In addition the extra length of the shank allows for a longer D section on D-rigs. This often helps fool very wary carp which on seeing that the bait has apparently been ejected, moves off with the hook still in its mouth.

The Series 5 is the safe alternative to the bent hook rig and is primarily designed for use with pop-up or neutral buoyancy baits, rather than pure bottom baits. Once the carp approaches the bait and tentatively sucks, the hook itself swivels in the mouth giving almost instant penetration in the bottom lip. Available in three sizes, the smallest Size 8 is the perfect pop-up hook for presenting small baits just off the bottom. The comparatively narrow gape means the hook size needs to be increased in proportion to the diameter of the pop up.

The Series 6 or 'Stiff Rig' Hook is brand new for 2001. Every detail has been geared to create the increasingly popular stiff & hinge rig set-ups. The diameter of the eye has been increased to allow rigid hook-link materials such as flurocarbon, to pass through it twice. Its out turned nature means that when used with pop-ups directly off the lead, the hook sits,straight. With extra strong wire, and ultra sharp points these hooks are strong enough to cope with any situation!
