Terms & Policies
We sell carp bait and tackle because we fish for carp. We try to get the very best products from around the world; if we wouldn’t use it, we won’t sell it.
  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us in the original packaging and in saleable condition within 14 days for a full refund (except for shipping and handling and insurance).
  • We accept VISA, MasterCard, personal checks and money orders. There is a $10.00 charge for COD orders.
  • Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Personal checks are held until they clear our bank account.
  • We ship usually use UPS or FedEx for domestic shipments. For some small orders and for most orders to Canada, we use UPSP.
  • UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box; we must have a street address.
  • We ship only to addresses within the U.S.A and Canada.
  • Please make sure you give the correct shipping address, including the Zip Code. There will be a $5.00 charge for address corrections by UPS (and delivery will be delayed).
  • There is an additional shipping charge of $8.00 on orders containing oversize items such as rods and landing nets.
  • On rare occassions, we may need to charge extra for shipping an order containing heavy but inexpensive items. If this is the case, we will contact you for approval before shipping.
  • Please contact us if you have any questions about the shipping charges. We are not trying to make money on them but we do need to cover our costs.
  • We do not always have everything in stock, despite our best efforts. We do not backorder items costing less than $10.00. For other items that we expect to get within a week or two, we will backorder and ship when they become available. Please let us know if you want to wait for a item of if you prefer to cancel or substitute.
  • Shipments within Illinois are subject to a sales tax of 10%. There is no tax on shipments outside of Illinois.
  • If your packages are damaged upon receipt, you have to contact the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) immediately in order to make a claim. The carrier has full responsibility for damage in transit but claims must be filed promptly and you should save all packing materials and damaged goods.
  • Please include your email address on your order. It is the best way for us to contact you in case of a problem and we will not share it with anyone else.
